How it Works

The Aerisa System is a comprehensive Indoor Air Quality’ (IAQ) solution for industrial and commercial building projects. Leveraging a breakthrough ‘WaveFour ionization’ technology, the Aerisa Systems cleans the air completely in any size facility with 99.9% effectiveness in as little as 15 minutes.  And keeps it clean from that point forward as long as the system is operational.

Aerisa is a unique IAQ solution. Unlike traditional filtration systems which utilize chemicals or various filters to suck bad air out of a facility, Aerisa attacks air problems at their source, providing a solution to some of the most common and worrisome problems that building owners face in creating clean air facilities.

In-Room Management of Air Quality

Aerisa solutions treat the entire facility, from air supply to in-facility work spaces (areas where ‘bad’ air is generated) to exhausted air.  For most facilities, the solution will be integrated into the building seamlessly from simple air flow extensions to automated controls and exhaust.  The Aerisa System is simple to deploy, manage and maintain.  All system implementations include three components:

AerSupply

Simple plug-in extensions to the air handlers that add individual or racks of ionization tubes to push positive and negative ions into the facility at regular intervals based on the desired number of air turns.

AerFlow

In-room tubing, sensors, and automated controls to adjust the flow of ions in ways that balance the environment based on environmental, processing, or time of day requirements.

AerExhaust

An exhaust facility to pull air from the facility, performing a final redundancy cleaning, after it has been cleaned and processed by the Aerisa system. This component is optional based on the overall requirements, and toxin and chemical levels in the air.

These components scale based on the size of space being managed and the level of air quality problems present. For example, a small 5000 square foot office might only require one unit with a self-supply and exhaust built-in while a 400,000 CFM (cubic feet) might require a complete new set of air handlers with 100’s of built in Aerisa ionization chambers, new flow capabilities and an industrial strength exhaust system.

Implementations of any scale typically takes less than a week and is designed to operate as an integrated component of site control facilities. Aerisa is a full-service vendor, providing routine updates to the system and support as required.
