When we took over the design, build and operate contract for the Santa Paula waster water treatment facility, the Aerisa System was a central component of our green building strategy. Today, we can monitor air quality throughout the plant and adjust it dynamically all from a central console.

Phil Myers
Phil brings 27 years of experience in developing market leading businesses in the technology industry. He has managed three successful start-ups through their growth stages to $100m+ businesses, led two initial public offerings and created seven hit products. His background includes serving as Chairman and CEO at Cyclone Commerce (now Axway), President at SalesLogix (now part of Sage Software), and Vice President at Novadigm (now a division of HP). Before starting PerformanceEdge, he was President of Pragmatic Marketing where he co-authored the best selling business book, Tuned In: Uncover the Extraordinary Opportunities that lead to Business Breakthroughs. Phil is a frequent speaker, consultant and instructor on the topics of leadership and business acceleration strategies. He holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Management Science from the Pennsylvania State University.
Ken Herfurth
Ken has over 21 years of management and leadership expertise creating and executing holistic business designs, business transformations, strategies and growth, M&A activity, conversions, and modeling across multiple industries. His background includes successful outcomes in manufacturing, wholesale distribution, retail, banking, medical device, information technology and technical engineering. He has over seven years of direct Fortune 100 infrastructure, strategic and business management experience with Wells Fargo Company and Supervalu Corporation. Ken also has, over his career, significant experience working across all aspects of corporate business systems (Operations, Financial, Technology, Sales and Marketing) with entrepreneurial to mature enterprises. He raised in excess of $30M in funds for start up, early stage and acquisitions of mature companies. Ken serves numerous non-profit public sector agencies including Collaboration for a New Century and Phoenix Rescue Mission. He holds a BS in Material Science Engineering from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from University of St. Thomas (Minneapolis, Minnesota).
Ken Davis
Ken Davis brings thirty years of community development experience to PEP, having served in executive-level positions for several engineering and development firms in north Texas. His experience includes over four years as Vice President of Development for Hillwood Development Corporation, where he focused on the day-to-day development operations at the 10,000-plus acre AllianceTexas development, a project which includes an industrial airport, BNSF intermodal rail facility and over 30 million square feet of office, retail, residential, warehouse space serving over 22,000 employees. Ken also served as the Director of Acquisitions for a Dallas-based residential development firm, and as a stockholder with two different engineering firms in the north Texas area. In addition to his development activities, Ken served the State of Texas as one of the founding Commissioners on the Texas Residential Construction Commission. He was appointed to the post by Governor Rick Perry. Mr. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University (summa cum laude) and serves on many boards and committees throughout the north Texas region.
